【摘要】 目的通过随机单盲的方法观察针药并用对卒中后抑郁患者抑郁状态及日常生活能力的影响。方法将150例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为药物组、针刺组与针药组,采用单盲的方法观察三组患者治疗前后HAMD及ADL评分的变化情况。结果三组患者治疗前后HAMD及ADL评分均有显著改善,其中针药组在治疗前后差值方面均显著优于其他两组。结论 针药并用对卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁状态及日常生活能力的综合改善较单纯针刺或药物治疗均显示出了明显的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the combination of acupuncture and medication on post-stroke depression and daily activity by adopting single-blind randomized method.Method A total of 150 patients with post-stroke depression were randomized into a medication group,an acupuncture group,and a combined acupuncture and medication group.Single-blind method was used to observe the changes of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) and Activity of Daily Living(ADL) of the three groups.Result After treatment,the HAMD and ADL of the three groups all had significant improvement,and the improvement of the combined acupuncture and medication group was markedly superior to that of the other two groups.Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medication has obvious advantage in improving the depression state and daily activities of the post-stroke depression patients compared with acupuncture or medication alone.更多还原
