【摘要】 目的胃经五腧穴分布在膝关节以下,经穴分布在肌肉间隙中,古人两千年前提出五腧穴从井穴到合穴,从小到大,通过解剖学的一些观点进一步观察胃经五腧穴体表阻抗呈现递减趋势。方法试用自行研制脏腑疾病诊断仪DM-Ⅰ,测试180例无胃病及循行经脉病的健康人胃经五腧穴体表阻抗值。结果胃经五腧穴体表阻抗呈现大体递减的趋势(P<0.05),足三里阻抗值略小于解析的阻抗值,大体呈递减趋势的倒立对钩形状。结论正常人胃经五腧穴阻抗值大体递减,若出现不一致的情况,可以推测机体不正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further Investigate the decreasing trend of stomach meridian Five Shu points impedance from some anatomic viewpoints: Stomach meridian Five Shu points are located below the knee joint and in the intermuscular space;Five Shu points are from Jing-well point to He-Sea point and from a smaller point to a larger point,which is the viewpoint put forward by the ancients two thousand years ago.Methods The body surface impedance of stomach meridian Five Shu points was determined using a self-developed DM-Ⅰvisceral disease diagnostic instrument in 180 healthy persons without gastropathy and traveling meridian disease.Results The body surface impedance of stomach meridian Five Shu points generally has a decreasing tendency(P<0.05).Zusanli(ST 36) impedance was slightly lower than analytic impedance.Five Shu points measurements generally has an upside-down opposite-hook shape with a decreasing tendency.Conclusions Stomach meridian Five Shu points impedance generally decreases by degrees in a healthy person.Bodily abnormality can be inferred if the inconsistent condition occurs.更多还原
