【摘要】 目的观察电针配合康复训练治疗上肢周围神经损伤的临床疗效。方法将72例上肢周围神经损伤患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组33例,治疗组采用电针配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,两组均在治疗4个疗程后进行运动功能评定和感觉功能评定。结果治疗组患者感觉和肌力恢复情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为81.8%,两组比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论电针配合康复训练治疗上肢周围神经损伤可以提高疗效,且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating upper limb peripheral nerve injury.Methods teventy-two patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injury were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 39 cases and a control group of 33 cases.The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training and the control group,rehabilitation training alone.Motor and sensory functions were assessed in both groups after 4 courses of treatment.Results Sensation and myodynamia improved more in the treatment group than in the control group(both P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 81.8% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effect on upper limb peripheral nerve injury.It is safe and reliable.更多还原
