【摘要】 目的观察远近取穴法针刺治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法将100例突发性聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用远近取穴法针刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,治疗2个疗程后评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后听力、耳鸣、眩晕症状改善均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远近取穴法针刺是一种治疗突发性聋的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture with distant-approximal point selection for treating sudden hearing loss.Methods A hundred patients with sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,50 in each.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture therapy with distant-approximal point selection,and the control was treated by medication.The clinical effects were evaluated after two treatment courses.Result The improvements of audition,tinnitus,and dizziness in the treatment group was better than in the control,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy with distant-approximal point selection is an effective way for treating sudden hearing loss.更多还原
