【摘要】 目的观察头针针刺病灶侧和非病灶侧对中风患者脑血流影响的差异。方法 30例中风病患者分别采用头针针刺病灶侧顶颞前斜线和非病灶侧顶颞前斜线,利用经颅多普勒(TCD)观察比较两者对患者大脑中、前、后动脉收缩期血流速度的影响。结果头针针刺病灶侧顶颞前斜线和非病灶侧顶颞前斜线均可增加两侧脑血流量,与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺病灶侧顶颞前斜线治疗后脑血流量与针刺非病灶侧顶颞前斜线治疗后脑血流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头针针刺病灶侧和非病灶侧均可改善中风患者脑血流,临床上选用头针治疗中风患者可取病灶侧或非病灶侧的顶颞前斜线。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect on cerebral blood flow of scalp acupuncture on the affected side with on the unaffected side in stroke patients.Methods Thirty stroke patients were given scalp acupuncture at the anterior oblique parietotemporal line on the affected side and on the unaffected side.Transcranial Doppler(TCD) was used to compare systolic flow velocities in anterior,middle and posterior cerebral arteries between the two methods in the patients.Results Scalp acupuncture at the anterior oblique parietotemporal line on either the affected or the unaffected side increased bilateral cerebral blood flow.There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in both methods(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant post-treatment difference in cerebral blood flow between acupuncture at the anterior oblique parietotemporal line on the affected side and on the unaffected side(P>0.05).Conclusions Scalp acupuncture on either the affected or the unaffected side can improve cerebral blood flow in stroke patients.Scalp acupuncture at the anterior oblique parietotemporal line on either the affected or the unaffected side can clinically be used to treat stroke patients.更多还原
