【摘要】 目的观察针灸综合疗法配合柏叶生发酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,运用针灸综合疗法配合柏叶生发酊治疗;对照组30例,运用胱氨酸、维生素B1、维生素B6、谷维素、0.05%氮芥酒精治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针灸综合疗法配合柏叶生发酊治疗斑秃有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of composite acupuncture therapy plus Cacumen Platycladi pilatory tincture in treating alopecia areata.Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 30 patients received composite acupuncture therapy plus Cacumen Platycladi pilatory tincture and the control group was treated with cystine,vitamin B1,Vitamin B6,oryzanol and 0.05% mechlorethamine alcohol.Results The total efficacy rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Composite acupuncture therapy plus Cacumen Platycladi pilatory tincture has a better therapeutic effect on alopecia areata.更多还原
