【摘要】 目的观察头部电针配合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法选择患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以坦索罗辛缓释胶囊0.2 mg,每晚1次,连服4星期;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺治疗。结果观察组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为76.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后I-PSS评分、QOL评分和MFR、PVR变化均明显优于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后I-PSS评分、QOL评分、MFR和PVR变化均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在西药常规治疗基础上联合头部电针法能够提高良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus Tamsulosin in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Eighty-four patients were randomly allocated to observation and control groups,42 cases each.The control group took Tamsulosin sustained release capsule 0.2 mg once nightly,for 4 consecutive weeks.The observation group received acupuncture in addition to the treatment for the control group.Results The total efficacy rate was 92.9% in the observation group and 76.2% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The I-PSS score,the QOL score,MFR and PVR improved markedly in both groups of patients after treatment(P<0.01).The I-PSS score,the QOL score,MFR and PVR improved more after treatment in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Scalp electroacupuncture plus routine Western drug treatment can improve the clinical therapeutic effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia.更多还原
