【摘要】 目的通过对针刀、针灸治疗梨状肌下孔神经血管卡压症的疗效进行比较,分析针刀治疗该病的疗效情况和作用机理以及存在的问题。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例。针刀组采用针刀闭合性手术疗法,针刺组取患侧环跳、秩边、居髎、委中、阿是穴,施以普通针刺。使用痛阈测定仪分别测量两组患者治疗过程中的痛阈值变化。结果针刀组与针刺组总有效率分别为96.7%、80.0%。针刀组总有效率优于针刺组(P<0.01)。针刀组痛阈值平均上升幅度高于针刺组(P<0.01)。结论针刀治疗梨状肌下孔神经血管卡压症能使痛阈值升高,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By comparing the therapeutic effects of needle-knife and acupuncture in treating neurovascular compression syndrome in infrapiriformis foramen,this study was aimed to analyze the action mechanism of needle-knife in treating this disease and the current problems.Methods Sixty patients were recruited and randomized into two groups,30 in each group.The needle-knife group received a closed surgery with needle-knife for separating the lesions according to the operation routine according to anatomy.In the acupuncture group,acupoints Huantiao(GB 30),Zhibian(BL 54),Juliao(ST 3),Weizhong(BL 40),and Ashi on the affected side were selected to receive acupuncture treatment.A pain threshold detector was adopted in measuring the changes of pain threshold during treatment.Result The total effective rates were 96.7% and 80.0% in the needle knife group and acupuncture group respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The increase of pain threshold in the needle knife group was significantly higher than in the acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion In treating neurovascular compression syndrome in infrapiriformis foramen,needle knife treatment can increase pain threshold,and improve clinical symptoms as well as the life quality of patients.更多还原
