【摘要】 目的观察耳穴贴压配合背部膀胱经排罐治疗慢性失眠的疗效。方法将64例慢性失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用耳穴贴压配合背部膀胱经排罐的方法,隔日1次;对照组每晚口服安定。两组治疗20 d后观察疗效,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评定表评分并参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》对其疗效进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后PSQI评分表明,两组治疗慢性失眠均有效(P<0.05),并且在日间功能的改善方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压配合背部膀胱经排罐治疗失眠有较好的疗效,并且在日间功能的改善方面优于西药安定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy plus aligned cupping on dorsal bladder meridians in treating chronic insomnia.Methods Sixty-four patients with chronic insomnia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.The treatment group received auricular point plaster therapy plus aligned cupping on dorsal bladder meridians,once every other day.The control group took diazepam quaque nocte.Both group were treated for 20 days as a course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by use of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and reference to Guidelines for Clinical Studies on Chinese Herbal Medicine and New Drugs.Results The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The pre-post-treatment PSQI scores showed that there was a therapeutic effect on chronic insomnia in both groups(P<0.05).Daytime dysfunction improved more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Auricular point plaster therapy plus aligned cupping on dorsal bladder meridians has a better therapeutic effect on chronic insomnia.It is superior to Western drug diazepam in improving daytime dysfunction.更多还原
