【摘要】 目的观察针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的眩晕症状的临床疗效。方法将椎动脉型颈椎病患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗,治疗2个疗程后对比疗效。结果两组患者头晕症状的缓解差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组的副反应明显小于对照组。结论针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者眩晕症状的一种有效方法,副反应较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus cerebral rehabilitation apparatus on vertigo in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods Ninety patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each.In the treatment group,patients were treated by acupuncture and cerebral rehabilitation apparatus,and the patients in the control group only received medication treatment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 2 treatment sessions.Result In comparison of the improvement of vertigo,the difference was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).However,compared to the medication control,the treatment group had less adverse effects.Conclusion With tiny little adverse effect,it is effective in treating cervical vertigo with acupuncture plus cerebral rehabilitation apparatus.更多还原
