【摘要】 目的:探讨益气增敏方对2型糖尿病大鼠早期肾病的防治作用。方法:采用高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素建立稳定的2型糖尿病大鼠早期肾病模型,随机分为模型组、益气增敏方治疗组、氯沙坦对照组、罗格列酮对照组。连续灌胃给药8周,观察治疗前后血糖、血脂、HOMA-IR、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)的变化。结果:益气增敏方可降低糖尿病肾病大鼠的MAU水平,有效改善胰岛素抵抗,降低TG、TC、LDL-c,升高HDL-c水平,还有降低血糖的作用,其疗效优于氯沙坦及罗格列酮。结论:益气增敏方可有效防治2型糖尿病早期肾病,其作用机制与改善糖脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of "Yiqi Zengmin Recipe" on early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in rats.Methods: The early type 2 diabetic nephropathy rats were induced by the high-fat diets combined with streptozotocin(STZ),and were randomly divided into four groups: model group,"Yiqi Zengmin Recipe" group,losartan group and rosiglitazone group.After continuous stomach perfusion administration for 8 weeks,the changes of blood glucose,blood lipid,HOMA-IR and MAU were observed.Results: "Yiqi Zengmin Recipe" could decrease the levels of MAU,TG,TC LDL-c and blood glucose,increase the level of HDL-c,and improve the insulin resistance.These effects above of "Yiqi Zengmin Recipe"group were better than those of losartan and rosiglitazone groups.Conclusion: "Yiqi Zengmin Recipe" can prevent and treat the early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in rats,and its mechanisms may have relationship with improving the disorder metabolism of glucolipid and insulin resistance.更多还原
