【摘要】 目的对新发现的1株产H2S大肠埃希菌进行细菌学鉴定,并对其生物学特性进行初步研究。方法对临床1例腹泻病患儿粪便标本中分离的产H2S大肠埃希菌采用形态学、培养特性、生化反应、血清学等方法进行鉴定,并用纸片扩散法进行药物敏感性试验。结果经全面鉴定,该菌为产H2S的产肠毒素性大肠埃希菌(ETEC)O15:K?,耐药性不强,对大多数抗菌药物敏感。结论产H2S的ETEC O15:K?是变异的致泻性大肠埃希菌,应引起临床和实验室的高度重视。致泻性大肠埃希菌产H2S变异的现象值得进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate preliminarily the biological characteristics of H2S-producing Escherichia coli.Methods The unknown H2S-producing Escherichia coli isolated from clinical stool specimen of a child with diarrhoea was identified for morphology,culture characteristics,biochemical reaction and serological identification.Drug resistance tests were determined by disk diffusion method.Results The bacterium was identified as H2S-producing enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)O15:K? and was sensitive to most antibacterial drugs.Conclusions The H2S-producing ETEC O15:K? is the variant lapactic Escherichia coli which needs further investigation.The clinic and the laboratories should pay much attention to this variation.更多还原
