【Abstract】 Objective Tumor metastasis is a complicated process,there are still a lot of issues not clarified.During the past decade,due to the progresses in cancer molecular and cellular biological techniches,we have got many new insights in the molecular mechanism of cancer metastasis,including the cancer genetic heterozygosity,cancer stem cells,epithelial-mesenchymal transitions,and the interactions between cancer cells and matrix or microenvironment.These new findings contribute to the great changes in the theoretic basis and control strategies of cancer metastasis.更多还原
