【摘要】 用体视学方法分别对20例中期和20例晚期女性乳腺浸润性硬性单纯癌的四种癌细胞器的23个形态参数进行体视学的统测和秩和计量分析,筛选出区别度最高的3个最佳参数。研究发现最突出的是统计推断出线粒体的3个最佳参数的癌早期参数值,并绘出了分布曲线。最后探讨了线粒体在不同期形态结构的变异程度与患者预后的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rank sum analysis and measurement for 23 morphological parameters of four kinds of cancer organelles basic on 20 cases of female mid-invasive galactophore cancer and 20 cases of female advanced galactophore cancer were analysed by stereology methods.3 optimum parameters were found out in those parameters.The early stage values of carcinoma of the optimum mitochondria parameters were statistically inferred and the analytical picture was also plotted.Finally,the correlation between mutation degree of mitochondria morphological structure at different period and the conditions of prognostic patients was studied.更多还原
