【Abstract】 At present,the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics has developed from the trinity of economy,politics,and culture building to the new unity including social construction,which marks that our country has entered the new period focusing on social construction.The social construction is the construction of the social modernization,which is a great and complicated systematic project.The development of it will experience three periods:The first period is to improve the civil affairs and social undertaking and strengthen society management innovation.The second period is to promote the society system reform,achieve the urban-rural integration,adjust the social relationships,and form a a reasonable,open and tolerate modern social structure compatible with the socialist market economy and modern economic structure.The third period is to realize socialistic modernization.更多还原
