双相不锈钢在油田H2S-CO2-Cl-环境下耐蚀性研究
ANTI-CORROSION STUDY OF DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL IN H2S-CO2-CI-ENVIRONMENT AT OILFIELD
【摘要】 通过U型弯曲恒应变应力腐蚀试验、点蚀试验、缝隙腐蚀和模拟介质的全面腐蚀试验,系统地研究了压力容器用双相不锈钢材料在油气田高含H2S-CO2-Cl-环境下的腐蚀特性,分析了在这种工况条件下奥氏体不锈钢作为压力容器用材的适用性和适用范围。
【Abstract】 Through tests of U-bend stress corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion and simulating medium corrosion,this paper systematically studies the corrosion properties of pressure vessel applying duplex stainless steel at oilfield in high H2S-CO2-C1- environment.It analyzes the applicability and application scope of Austenite stainless steel as the material for pressure vessel under such working condition.
