草莓抗炭疽病的新种质资源筛选

【摘要】 草莓炭疽病是草莓生长的主要病害之一。其病原在上海有2种,分别为胶孢炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和尖孢炭疽病(C.acutatum)。本文通过叶柄接种法测定了50个不同的草莓种质材料分别对2种病原菌的抗性。结果表明,在测试的不同草莓种质资源中,对2种不同的炭疽病菌均存在明显的抗性差异,103、117对C.acutatum有较强的抗性,104对C.gloeosporioides有较强的抗性,而76对C.acutatum和C.gloeosporioides均表现出较强的感病性。草莓组合/品种对2种炭疽病菌的抗性水平又可分成2种不同类型:第1种类型是对2种不同的炭疽病菌的抗性表现一致,如103、99、组合89×103P14、117等对2种病原菌的抗性都很高,76对2种病原菌抗性都很低;第2种类型是对2种炭疽病菌抗性表现不一致,104对C.acutatum抗性较低而对C.gloeosporioides抗性较高,组合1×103P39对C.acutatum抗性较高而对C.gloeosporioides抗性较低。

【Abstract】 Anthracnose is a main strawberry disease which has two different species,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Colletotrichum acutatum in Shanghai.In this study,fifty strawberry germplasms resisting the two pathogens with petiole inoculation were assessed There is great distinction among all germplasms.103、117 exhibited high resistance to C.acutatum and 104 showed high resistance to C.gloeosporioides,but 76 had the high susceptibility to two pathogens.The strawberry germplasms were divided into two types:the first was identical resistance and the second was no-identical resistance.The former included 103,99,P14 of 89×103,117,with high resistance and 76 with low resistance,the second included 104 with the low resistance to C.acutatum and high resistance to C.gloeosporioides,P39 of 1×103 with the high resistance to C.acutatum and low resistance to C.gloeosporioides.
