【摘要】 从蛋白水平检测黑色素瘤抗原(melanoma antigen,MAGE)-A1/A3在胶质瘤的表达情况,为MAGE-A1/A3蛋白用于胶质瘤的疾病发展预测及免疫治疗提供依据。免疫组织化学方法检测50例胶质瘤中MAGE-A1/A3的表达,检测结果用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行处理,并分析两者的表达与肿瘤临床病理特征的相关性。MAGE-A1/A3在胶质瘤中的表达率分别是54.0%及56.0%,胶质瘤中MAGE-A1和A3的表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MAGE-A1/A3同时表达率为40.0%(20/50);MAGE-A1/A3在胶质瘤中的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的部位无相关性(P>0.05),而与胶质瘤的病理分级相关(P<0.05)。MAGE-A1/A3蛋白高表达于胶质瘤,且与病理变化相关,提示MAGE有望作为胶质瘤疾病发展预测指标及免疫治疗的靶抗原。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of melanoma antigen MAGE-A1/A3 in glioma was detected and its significance was discussed in the present study,thus to provide the basis for its application in immunotherapy,in which the expression of this antigen in 50 patients with glioma was detected by means of immunohistochemical method,while the results were treated using SPSS13.0 software for statistic analysis and the correlation of both expression with clinical pathological features of tumors were performed later on.It was found that the expression rates of MAGE-A1 and A3 antigens in patients with glioma were demonstrated to be 54.0% and 56.0% respectively,without any correlation between these two antigens(P>0.05).Also,no definite correlation existed with sex,age or the location of tumors(P>0.05),the rate of expression of both antigens in patients was 49%.However,correlation existed with the pathological grade of glioma(P<0.05).It is evident that MAGE-A1/A3 proteins are highly expressed in in patients with glioma and it may be associated with thepathological changes.MAGE would be expected to be an indicator of the target antigen in the immunotherapy of glioma.更多还原
