基于同步扰动随机逼近算法的电熔镁炉智能控制系统

【摘要】 针对电熔镁炉熔炼过程中电极电流的调节主要依靠人工手动控制,控制效果差、产品质量不稳定、能量浪费严重的生产现状,提出了一种电熔镁炉智能控制策略.该智能控制策略根据熔炼过程中不同的熔炼工况分别设计了基于SPSA算法和神经网络的正常工况控制器以及基于规则推理技术的特殊工况控制器.将所设计的电熔镁炉智能控制系统应用于实际工业现场,实现了对电极电流的自动控制,保证了产品产量,降低了产品能耗.

【Abstract】 The adjustment of electrode currents for smelting process of fused magnesium furnace depends manual control mainly and the control effect is very poor,the currents fluctuation is very huge which leads to the instability of the product quality and great energy waste.As such,an intelligent control strategy was developed for fused magnesium furnace.The neural network controller based on SPSA algorithm and another controller based on rule-based reasoning were designed respectively according to different states.The electrode currents can be controlled automatically and the energy consumption is reduced based on the intelligent control strategy.The proposed control system is applied in a magnesium plant and the result shows its validity and effectiveness.
