【摘要】 对X80管线钢DWTT试样出现的分离断口进行了分析。通过低倍检验、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等,发现落锤分层均为脆性断裂,至主断面后为韧性断裂;夹杂不是造成分层的主要因素;试样中心区存在不同于基体且成条带状分布的硬相组织是产生脆性断裂的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The separation fracture of DWTT tested X80 pipe line steel samples was analyzed.By the means of macroscopic examination,metallurgical analysis,SEM and EDS analysis,it was found that the drop-weighted delamination showed macro-brittleness,and its main section showed toughness fracture.Inclusions were not the main factors which caused delamination.The hard phase tissues in the sample central area,which was different to the matrix and distributed into banding,was the main factors causing macro-brittleness.更多还原
