灰铸铁汽车制动盘湿砂型铸造工艺的设计及数值模拟

【摘要】 应用湿砂型铸造工艺制造灰铸铁汽车制动盘,上下型为对称结构,中间用砂芯分隔,一型6件,可以降低生产成本,大大提高生产效率。并用ADSTEFAN模拟软件对铸造过程进行数值模拟,从而优化设计工艺。

【Abstract】 Green sand mold casting process was used to manufacture grey cast iron brake disc.The structure of high and low mould parts was symmetrical and sand cores were existed between them.A mold contained 6 pieces of casting,so it could reduce the cost,and greatly improve the production efficiency.ADSTEFAN simulation software was used to simulate the casting process,therefore to optimize the design and process.
