【Abstract】 Green sand mold casting process was used to manufacture grey cast iron brake disc.The structure of high and low mould parts was symmetrical and sand cores were existed between them.A mold contained 6 pieces of casting,so it could reduce the cost,and greatly improve the production efficiency.ADSTEFAN simulation software was used to simulate the casting process,therefore to optimize the design and process.更多还原
