【摘要】 目的:观察复方地奥司明联合丹红注射液治疗双下肢软组织损伤临床疗效。方法:将90例下肢外伤后肿胀疼痛患者随机分为复方地奥司明联合丹红注射液治疗组(观察组)和单纯复方地奥司明(对照组)各45例,观察两组肢体肿胀、疼痛的程度与消退、消失时间。结果:观察组肢体肿胀消退时间(4.0±0.6)天、疼痛消失时间为(3.0±0.8)天,对照组分别为(8.0±0.8)天、(6.0±0.7)天,二者差异比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方地奥司明联合丹红注射液能有效地促进局部肿胀和疼痛的消除,防止局部张力性水泡的形成和骨筋膜室综合征的发生,促进损伤愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of complex barosmin combined with Inj.Dan-hong on the swelling in both lower extremities caused by external injury.Method: 90 cases with the swelling in both lower extremities caused by external injury were divided into two groups randomly.45 cases in treatment group were treated with complex barosmin combined with Inj.Dan-hong,and the other 45 ones in control group were done by complex barosmin only.The degree of swelling and pain and its detumescence and time were observed in the two groups.Result: In treatment group the detumescence time was(4.0±0.6) days,and the extinction time of pain was(3.0±0.8) days.In control group the detumescence time was(8.0±0.8) days,and the extinction time of pain was(6.0±0.7) days.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Complex barosmin combined with Inj.Dan-hong can help to remove the swelling and pain effectively,prevent from forming local tension vesicle and the occurrence of osteofascial compartment syndrome,and promote to help the wound healing.更多还原
