环氧氯丙烷工艺改进及其废水处理
The Project Cases of the Epichlorohydrin Process Improvement and the Wastewater Treatment
【摘要】 以实际工程为例,对传统的丙烯高温氯化法生产环氧氯丙烷的工艺进行改造,并增加了配套的废水处理设施。改造后工艺废水的产生量由原来的712.4万m3/a减少为102万m3/a,废水经处理后Cl-浓度由原来的22000mg/L减少为50mg/L,且企业每年可回收40万t的二水氯化钙,节约废水处理成本的同时获得了较好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 By the actual project as an example,the traditional propylene high-temperature chlorination was transformed and increased the wastewater treatment facilities.After transformation,the amount of process wastewater reduced from the original 7.124 million m3/a to 1.02 million m3/a.The Cl-concentration of the wastewater was reduced from 22 000 mg/L to 50 mg/L after treatment.The enterprise recycled 40 million tons calcium chloride dihy-drate per year.The enterprise obtains a better economic efficiency while saving the cost of wastewater treatment.
