【Abstract】 There is a shift relationship between the undergraduate students’ability of social adaptation and employment pressures.There exist fractured characteristics on the learning ability and practical ability in the undergraduate students’ability of social adaptation,such as the knowledge of life,the knowledge of survival,the knowledge of communication,and the knowledge of self-adjustment.Social work intervention in the deconstruction of the dilemma of the cognition,the construction of the interpretation of the significance,the reconstruction of their lives and integrating social resources,could relieve employment pressures and improve the undergraduate students’ability of social adaptation.更多还原
