【摘要】 本文是绵竹青红社工服务站及其项目团队在四川汶川地震后在当地开展项目工作和提供有关服务的一个经验呈现。主要介绍服务站及项目团队如何针对震后有关地方的特定情势与需求,以发展性社会工作为基本取向,在一个过渡安置点设计和开展"社区生计"项目,重点面向伤残人员提供围绕生计互助小组的培育与发展的多元综合服务之过程,并对此做出阶段性的反思、总结和相关讨论。作者期望可为灾后重建社会工作及发展性社会工作的有关理论与实践问题的探讨有所助益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article focuses on the experience,periodic reflection,summary and discussion on the process of providing diversified and comprehensive services by the Qing Hong Social Work Service Station at Mianzhu and its associated project team after the Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province.The services are oriented towards the social work for development and achieved by setting up and developing the "Community Livelihood" project at a local transitional housing area.Services are mainly given to the injured and disabled through cultivating and developing the mutual support group for livelihood.The article is expected to be helpful and useful for the discussion of social work for post-earthquake reconstruction and social work for development.更多还原
