【摘要】 实施素质教育是当今世界教育发展的共同取向。在这一取向下,各国都围绕着学生的核心素质进行教育改革。本文针对未来中国学生应具有的市场经济、网络信息、终身教育、国际化、独生子女等时代特征,同时根据国际经验和未来变化趋势,分解出学生的综合素质,提出素质教育应为每一个孩子———奠定终身健康和良好公民的基础;提升阅读素养、数学素养和科学素养;帮助学会上网、学会演出、学会劳动、学会合作沟通、学会社会服务、学会应对危机。这也应成为我们素质教育培养目标的政策设计思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality education is the common direction of educational development in today’s world.All countries are concerned about educational equity and improving students’ quality,conducting educational reform around the core of students’ quality.Future Chinese students have the features of market economy,network information,lifelong learning,internationalization,only child.According to international experience and the future changing trend,this article analyzes eight aspects of students’ comprehensive quality,and puts forward that quality education lays the foundation for each child’ lifelong health and quality,and the cultivating aims and the idea of policy design of improving reading literacy,and mathematical literacy and scientific literacy,learning to surf the internet,to perform,to work,to cooperate,to serve society,to deal with the crisis.更多还原
