【Abstract】 Oncolytic viruses have been developed as a new approach for the treatment of cancer.Oncolytic viruses in combination with radiotherapy may have an important impact for the treatment of metastatic cancer after the approval of oncolytic adenovirus for clinical tumor treatment.In this review,the killing effects on tumor cells of oncolytic viruses in combination with radiotherapy are discussed.更多还原
