【摘要】 目的建立有效评估药品供应保障体系改革效果的关键指标。方法以平衡计分卡方法中的顾客维度、财务维度、内部运行维度以及革新与学习维度为依据,建立初步的改革效果评估指标;同时结合两轮德尔菲专家咨询结果,对指标进行进一步的筛选。结果在4个维度建立了14项药品供应保障体系改革效果评估指标。结论平衡计分卡方法可以有效地运用于建立新医改效果评估指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish evaluation indicators of pharmaceutical supply system in the new round of health care system reform. Methods Based on the four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard method,which were customer,financial,internal business process and learning and growth perspectives,pilot evaluation indicator system was established.Delphi method was used to further screen indicators. Results Fourteen evaluation indicators of pharmaceutical supply system reform were proposed. Conclusion The Balanced Scorecard method can be effectively used in the establishment of evaluation indicator system in the new round of health care system reform.更多还原
