破碎机主轴有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis for Main Shaft of Crusher
【摘要】 应用分析软件MSC.Nastran,对单段锤式破碎机主轴结构进行了有限元静强度分析。对原结构进行了优化改进,由原方形形式改为圆形形式。研究结果表明:改进后的主轴具有足够的强度及刚度,同时也简化了加工工艺,为结构优化设计提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Applying the theory of finite element analysis,a static intension analysis on the main shaft of Single-Step Hammer Crusher by the MSC.Nastrans is analyzed.The shape is changed from square to round through optimizing construction.The result shows that the round shape not only reduce the shaft’s structural strength,but also simplify the process of machine.Meanwhile,theory evidence is provided for optimum struction design.
