【摘要】 目的:探讨双黄连注射液、清开灵注射液和复方丹参注射液在皮肤被动过敏试验(PCA)和全身主动过敏试验(ASA)中是否有过敏反应。方法:按照《中药、天然药物免疫毒性(过敏性、光变态反应)研究的技术指导原则》的试验方法对以上3种注射液进行皮肤被动过敏试验和全身主动过敏试验研究。结果:皮肤被动过敏试验双黄连注射液有过敏反应;清开灵注射液高剂量组和低剂量组均出现过敏反应,其他组均未出现过敏反应。主动过敏试验双黄连注射液有4只动物过敏反应弱阳性,清开灵注射液高剂量组有1只动物过敏反应弱阳性。结论:对于双黄连注射液、清开灵注射液2种注射液而言,临床用药前均应做皮肤被动过敏试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe skin allergy,general allergical reaction effect of Shuanghuanglian injection,Qingkailing injection and compound Danshen injection on rats,guinea pig respectively.Methods:Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) and ASA were carried out to study the allergy of three kinds of injections of TCM.Result:The rats exhibited allergic reaction in Shuanghuanglian injection group,Qingkailing injection high dose group and low dose group during PCA test.Weak reactions of Shuanghuanglian and Qingkailing injection were found in 4 guinea pigs and 1 guinea pig respectively.Conclusion:PCA test should be carried on to all patients before clinical use for shuanghuanglian and Qingkailing injections.更多还原
