负载型强酸性离子交换树脂催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶酮
Synthesis of 3,4-Dihydropyrimidine-2-one by Catalysis of 732 Strong Acidic Ion-Exchange Resin
【摘要】 在负载SnC l4的732强酸性离子交换树脂催化下,以苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素为原料,一步合成6-甲基-4-苯基-5-乙氧羰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(H)-酮。当苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素的摩尔比为1:3:2,负载SnC l4的732树脂用量为0.5g,反应温度80~84℃,反应时间2h,目标产物的收率为98.96%.
【Abstract】 5-meth carbony-4-phenyl-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2-one was synthesized from benzophenone,ethyl acetoactate and urea in presence of the 732 resin oaded with SnCl4 strong acidic ion-exchange resin.The yield of the 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one was up to 98.96% under the optimum condition: moler ratio of benzophenone ethyl acetoactate and urea 1:3:2,732 resin loaded with SnCl4 ion-exchange resin 0.5g,reaction temperature80~84℃ and refuluxing for 2h.
