强流脉冲离子束辐照Ti6Al4V的实验研究
High Intensity Pulsed Ion Beam Irradiation Experimental Study on Ti6Al4V
【摘要】 研究了强流脉冲离子束辐照钛合金Ti6A l4V样品后的表面形貌、显微硬度和表面相结构的变化。随着辐照次数的增加,钛合金表面的熔坑尺寸逐渐增大、密度减小。表面硬度呈现上升-下降-上升的趋势,XRD的结果表明其变化是由于表面宏观应力和表面晶粒的细化等变化引起的.
【Abstract】 This paper is to study on the surface morphology of the specimens,micro-hardness and XRD of Ti6Al4V titanium alloys irradiated by high intense pulsed ion beam.With the increase in the frequency of irradiation on the surface of titanium alloy craters area gradually increases and density decreases.The surface micro-hardness occured a up-down-up trend,which is due to macroeconomic stress and surface grain refinement and other changes,showed by XRD results.
