【摘要】 业务外包在当今全球化的背景下发展十分迅猛。各个机构通过确定自己的产业边界将非核心业务外包给服务供应商,以此来达到节约成本,聚集资源,发展核心业务,增加核心竞争力的目的。但各机构在享受外包带来好处的同时也承受着风险。本文在文献调研和自身研究积累的基础上对外包中存在的风险进行了分析和识别,为企业在外包过程中做出正确的决策提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today,the business outsourcing develops rapidly under the globalization circumstance.Most of companies intend to outsource their non-core business to the third parties due to cost saving consideration and strategical requirement. Usually,the organizations are inclined to define their core competencies before business outsourcing decision-making and then outsource their non-core businesses to their vendors.Most of these organizations enjoy the business outsourcing benefits as well as burden the business outsourcing risks.Furthermore,the industries are willing to identify the outsourcing risks more clearly and balance the outsourcing benefits and risks better.In this paper,the business outsourcing risks are analyzed and identified which are helpful for the organization outsourcing decision-making as a reference.更多还原
