【摘要】 目的观察手术切开复位内固定治疗中老年肱骨近端骨折伴脱位的临床疗效。方法肱骨近端骨折伴脱位按Neer分型为Ⅲ型或Ⅳ型,均伴有脱位,AO分型均为C3型。本组21例患者均采用手术切开复位内固定治疗。结果 21例患者均获得随访,时间10～24个月,平均16个月。术后X线检查显示,解剖复位16例,近似解剖复位5例。伤口均未感染,一期愈合。所有随访患者未出现接骨板螺钉松动移位、骨折塌陷、复位丢失等,肩关节活动良好,功能恢复满意,未发现肱骨头坏死。术后肩关节功能按Neer功能评定方法,优3例,良14例,可3例,差1例,优良率达80.95%。结论切开复位内固定治疗中老年肱骨近端骨折伴脱位可以取得良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of open reduction and internal fixation of dislocation fracture of the proximal humerus in olders.Methods According to Neer classification is Ⅲ or Ⅳ,with dislocation,According to AO classification is C3,the 21 cases of dislocation fracture of the proximal humerus in olders who had been treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results 21 patients were followed up for a period averaged 16 months(10 to 24 months).The results were excellent.Their functional recovery was evaluated according to Neer.3 cases were rated as excellent,14 were good,3 were fair and 1 was poor,and the excellent and good rate was 80.95%(17/21).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is a good method of treatment for dislocation fracture of the proximal humerus in olders.更多还原
