某影院抽柱改造工程设计与施工

【摘要】 以某影院的抽柱改造为背景,介绍了混凝土托梁换柱的一些关键施工工艺。本工程的难点在于屋面暗梁与板底齐平,新增截面的混凝土只能在屋面板下部浇筑,常规浇筑难以满足新、老混凝土之间的黏结性能。从材料、施工工艺和结构方法三个方面采取措施,分别采用干拌自密实混凝土、二次挤密注胶和预应力等方法最终解决了难题。改造后使用情况良好,新、老混凝土之间未出现裂缝。

【Abstract】 Based on the column-removed retrofit project of a certain cinema,some critical construction techniques are introduced.Because the hidden beam of roof is flush with the slab bottom,the concrete of the added section can only be poured below the roof slab.However,the routine pouring method can’t meet the requirement of the new-old concrete bond behavior.Finally,some measures are taken from such aspects as material,construction technology and structure method,the difficult problems are solved by dry-mixed self-compacting concrete,secondary compaction glue-injection and prestressing.The structure of the cinema works well after rebuilding and strengthening,and no cracks are found between the new-old concrete.
