GFRP-钢组合结构桥梁施工技术研究
Research on Construction Technology of GFRP-steel Composite Bridge
【摘要】 纤维增强复合材料(FRP)桥面板是近年来在桥梁工程中应用的一种新型桥面板结构。大广高速6号立交桥为我国第一座GFRP桥面板组合结构公路桥。介绍了GFRP-钢组合结构桥梁的施工技术,包括GFRP拉挤型材的黏结,GFRP桥面板的吊装与黏结和螺栓连接件的安装工艺。解决了GFRP桥面板间的连接问题和GFRP板与承重梁间的连接问题,施工方法满足工程要求。
【Abstract】 Fiber reinforced polymer bridge deck is an innovated structural element applied to bridge engineering recently.The No.6 bridge overpass of Daqing-Guangzhou highway is the first GFRP-steel composite highway bridge in China.Combing with the actual project,main construction processes are introduced including the gluing of GFRP profiles,lifting and bonding of GFRP bridge deck and the installation of bolt connector.The connection problems among GFRP bridge decks are solved,as well as the connection problems between the GFRP deck and the steel girder.The construction method can meet requirements of the project.
