环形预应力盾构管片摩阻损失测试与研究
Test and Research on Friction Loss of Circumferential Prestressed & Precast Concrete Segments
【摘要】 基于某国内预应力工程,首次对原型预应力盾构管片结构环衬砌进行摩阻损失测试。采用夹片-P锚结合的环锚技术,对预应力管片环施加预应力,以满足其承受内水压和外荷载的要求,较准确地获得了环形预应力盾构管片摩阻损失。同时初步确定摩阻系数,并对试验数据进行处理和分析。结果表明,测试结果与设计理论值比较吻合,可以满足实际试验要求。
【Abstract】 Taking some prestress engineering as example,it is the first time to test the friction loss of full-scale circumferential prestressed & precast concrete segment lining in China.The prestressed & precast concrete segment lining is prestressed by using the annular anchorage technique of anchor blade combining with P-anchor in order to withstand the internal water pressure and external load.It is the first time to achieve the friction loss of circumferential prestressed & precast concrete segment lining more accurately and the friction coefficient is initially determined.Besides,the test data are treated and analyzed.The results show that test data accord with theoretical data,which can satisfy the requirements of actual test.
