棉织物用亲水有机硅柔软剂的复配
The compounding of hydrophilic silicone softeners for cotton fabric finishing
【摘要】 单官能团改性有机硅柔软剂很难满足不同类型织物、不同风格整理的需要,利用多官能团改性亲水性有机硅柔软剂进行复配,可以满足不同风格要求的织物整理需要。介绍了利用多侧氨基改性的有机硅柔软剂SPS,含有环氧基、聚醚和氨基改性的非离子有机硅柔软剂LGO以及有机硅交联剂LGFEH进行复配,复配柔软剂对棉织物整理后亲水性、白度、手感和回弹性都优于单独的亲水性有机硅柔软剂。所配制复配有机硅柔软剂配比为LGO∶SPS∶LGFEH=7∶14∶2(g/L),其最佳用量为20 g/L。
【Abstract】 Single functional group modified silicone softeners are difficult to meet their finishing of the fabrics of different types and different styles.By using compound multiple functional groups modified hydrophilic silicone softeners,the requirements of their finishing of different styles and kinds of fabrics can be met.By using compound side-amino modified silicone softener SPS,amino modified silicone non-ionic softener LGO of epoxy and polyether and organosilicon crosslinker LGFEH,the hydrophilic performance,whiteness,handle and flexibility of the cotton fabrics after finished are superior to that finished only by individual hydrophilic silicone softener.The ratio of LGO∶SPS∶LGFEH=7∶14∶2(g/L),and the optimal quantity is 20g/L.
