胍类化合物对亚麻纤维热降解性能的影响

【摘要】 用一系列含氮、磷元素的胍类化合物阻燃剂对亚麻纤维进行了阻燃处理,通过热分析、剩炭率、氧指数(LOI)、扫描电镜(SEM)等一系列分析方法,对其阻燃性能进行研究。用Kissinger方程计算了热降解反应活化能。结果表明:经过阻燃处理的亚麻纤维的氧指数和剩炭率比原麻纤维高,而热降解反应活化能和分解温度降低。并对阻燃亚麻纤维的热降解行为及阻燃机理进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 The thermal property of hemp fiber treated with various guanidine compounds containting nitrogen,phosphorus was studied by thermal analysis,char yield,limiting oxygen index(LOI),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The kinetics parameters were obtained by using equations of Kissinger.The activation energy was calculated for the decomposition of untreated and treated hemp fiber.The data showed that the char yield and LOI of the hemp fiber treated with flame - retardant reagents increased,the activation energy and temperature of decomposition decreased.The thermal degradation and flame - retardant mechanism of hemp fiber treated with flame - retardant reagents were also discussed.
