PET/PTT纤维潜在卷曲的动力学分析
Kinetic study on crimo releasing of PET/PTT fiber
【摘要】 主要研究了PET/PTT复合纤维在热处理过程中的潜在卷曲释放和卷曲增强的过程及机理。采用热机械分析方法考察了PET/PTT复合纤维的PET和PTT组分的热收缩过程,揭示了PET/PTT卷曲释放的机理。通过PET和PTT纤维的等温收缩动力学分析,确定了PET/PTT卷曲形态达到稳定所需的时间。
【Abstract】 The process and mechanism of crimp releasing and crimp enhancing of PET/PTT composite fibers through heat treatment were investigated.The thermal shrinkages of PET and PTT components from PET/PTT composite fibers were observed by thermomechanical analysis,and the optimal heating duration for PET/PTT to reach stable crimp was determined through isothermal shrinkage kinetic study.
