基于水电站调节品质的调压室设置条件探讨
Discussion on the setting condition of surge chamber based on the governing quality of hydropower station
【摘要】 调压室设置条件是水电站初步设计的重要判据之一。本文在刚性水击的前提下,推导了基于文献[11]的最优调节品质条件下的机组转速波动方程,得出机组转速波动特征参数计算表达式,继而从理论上推导出满足调节品质的调压室设置判别式。在推导过程中得出机组转速波动幅值仅与Tw/Ta有关,衰减度为定值,进而说明水电站调节品质主要由Tw/Ta值决定。最后结合工程实例与其它调压室设置判据进行对比分析,得出中、高水头水电站是否设置调压室的允许Tw值由调保参数来决定;而低水头水电站的允许Tw值则由水电站调节品质来决定,同时还得出水电站满足调节品质比满足稳定性要求更严格。
【Abstract】 The setting condition of surge chamber is a key criterion in the primary design of hydropower stations.With the assumption of rigid water hammer,the equation of unit speed fluctuations at optimal governing quality and formulas for calculating the characteristic parameters of speed fluctuations are derived,and then a discriminant for the setting condition based on the governing quality is obtained.By theoretical analysis,the results are obtained that the amplitude of speed fluctuations is only associated with Tw/Ta and that the decay ratio is constant.This indicates that the governing quality of hydropower station mainly depends on Tw/Ta.Through application to engineering projects and comparative analysis with other discriminants,the main conclusions are as follow.For high and middle-head stations the allowable Tw or whether to set surge chambers is determined by the regulation guarantee parameters,while for low-head stations it is determined by the governing quality that is a stricter requirement than operation stability.
