【摘要】 随着中国司法鉴定制度的成熟和发展,海事司法鉴定的特殊性凸显。通过分析涉海诉讼案件,如船舶碰撞和船舶触碰、海洋环境污染、船损货损等,我们可以看出海事司法鉴定在海事审判中发挥着重要的作用。因此,相关部门应进一步改革与完善海事司法鉴定制度,充分发挥其在海事诉讼中的作用,以更加客观、科学的依据认定事实,妥善处理海事纠纷和海事案件,真正使"让海洋更洁净、让航行更安全"。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of forensic appraisal,the specialty of maritime appraisal becomes outstanding.With the analysis of cases such as ship collision and touch,sea pollution,ship damage and goods damage,we can see the important role of maritime appraisal in maritime litigation.Therefore,relevant institutions should improve the maritime appraisal system and let it play its role in ascertaining facts with objective and scientific basis and settleing maritime disputes and cases properly,so as to realize the goal of "making ocean cleaner and transportation safer".更多还原
