【Abstract】 In the year of 2008, sub - prime crisis spread from the US to the whole world, triggering a global economic crisis. In this circumstance, it is an imperative challenge to identify the causes of the crisis and work out the countermeasures, particularly to build the macro - economic regulation operation mechanism to provide the precaution of economic crisis. This article analyzes the diverse causes of the world-wide economic crises under the guidance Marxist economic crisis theory. On this basis, we further put forward a new proposition to " apply living Marxism to China’ s new practice in guarding against economic crises".
