【摘要】 目的检测血小板源性生长因子受体-β(PDGFR-β)在大肠癌间质组织中的表达,探讨其与淋巴管生成的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测90份大肠癌间质及20份正常大肠组织中PDGFR-β的表达,用D2-40标记微淋巴管,计数微淋巴管密度(LMVD),分析PDGFR-β的表达与LMVD和临床病理参数之间的关系。结果大肠癌间质组织中PDGFR-β的表达及LMVD明显高于癌旁正常组织(P均<0.05);有淋巴结转移者LMVD均明显高于无淋巴转移者,PDGFR-β阳性表达者的LMVD明显高于阴性表达者。间质组织中PDGFR-β的阳性表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 PDGFR-β在大肠癌间质组织中表达与肿瘤淋巴管的形成密切相关并可促进淋巴结转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-β(PDGFR-β) in colorectal cancer stroma,and evaluate its relationship with lymphangiogenesis.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of PDGFR-β in 90 patients with colorectal cancer and 20 normal tissues.Marked by D2-40,lymphatic microvessel density(LMVD) was counted.The relationship between the expression of PDGFR-β and LMVD,clinicopathologic factors were analyzed.Results The expression of PDGFR-β and LMVD were found significantly higher in colorectal cancer stroma than those in normal tissues surrounding tumors(P<0.05);Higher LMVD was found in groups with lymph node metastasis than that in groups without lymphnode metastasis(P<0.05),higher LMVD was also found in colorectal cancer with positive PDGFR-β expression than that with corresponding negative expression.PDGFR-β expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PDGFR-β in colorectal cancer stroma was closely correlated with lymphangiogenesis and which can promote lymph node metastasis.更多还原
