【摘要】 目的观察球囊法125I内放疗联合高压氧治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效。方法 266例脑胶质瘤患者,随机分为A组59例、B组87例、C组51例、D组69例。A组给予普通放疗,B组给予球囊法32P内放疗,C组给予球囊法125I内放疗,D组给予球囊法125I内放疗联合高压氧治疗。比较4组患者治疗12个月总有效率及1、3、5 a生存率及KPS评分。结果 D组患者治疗12个月总有效率、治疗后KPS及1、3、5 a生存率高于A组、B组、C组,P均(0.05。结论球囊法125I内放疗治疗脑胶质瘤优于32P球囊法内放疗,联合高压氧可明显提高疗效和生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of 125I balloon interstitial radiotherapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment in brain glioma.Method 266 glioma patients were randomly divided into group A(59 cases),group B(87 cases),group C(51 cases),group D(69 cases),and were treated with normal radiotherapy,radiotherapy with 32P balloon method,radiotherapy with 125I balloon method,125I balloon method and hyperbaric oxygen.The total effective rate after 12 months and 1,3,5 a survival rates and KPS was compared in 4 groups.Result The total effective rate after 12 months and 1,3,5 a survival rates and KPS score in group D were higher than group A,B,C(P<0.05).Conclusion 125I nterstitial radiotherapy with the balloon method is superior to radiotherapy treatment of glioma balloon method in radiotherapy 32P,combined with hyperbaric oxygen can increase the treatment and quality of life.更多还原
