【摘要】 目的探讨难治性青光眼致悬韧带异常或晶状体半脱位手术治疗的方式及手术时机。方法回顾性分析5例青光眼致悬韧带异常或晶状体半脱位的临床资料和治疗方法。结果 5例患者在高眼压下于悬韧带非异常象限行单纯抗青光眼手术或联合张力环植入和后房型人工晶状体植入术。术后眼压正常,视力有不同程度的提高。结论原发性急性闭角型青光眼有引起晶状体悬韧带异常的可能,并致眼压控制不理想。仔细检查了解悬韧带的情况,选择恰当的手术部位,及时把握手术时机对患者的预后非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method and timing of surgery for abnormal lens zonule or lens subluxation caused by refractory glaucoma.Methods The clinical data and treatment were analyzed in 5 cases of abnormal lens zonule or lens subluxation caused by refractory glaucoma.Results Glaucoma surgery or glaucoma surgery combined with phacoemulsification+intraocular lens +capsular tension ring in the normal quadrant of lens zonule were performed on 5 cases of high intraocular pressure.The intraocular pressure was normal after operation.Correction of visual acuity was improved in all the cases.Conclusions Primary acute angle-closure glaucoma can lead to abnormal lens subluxation and intraocular pressure;carefully checking lens zonule and choosing the best site and timing are important for prognosis.更多还原
