济钢3200m~3高炉开炉实践

【摘要】 由于烘炉方案合理、参数控制严格,济钢3200m3高炉10d完成了烘炉,并进行了打压查漏,消除了事故隐患。开炉方案制定精确,通过控制送风节奏、及时调整装料制度,开炉后炉温合适,加风顺利,炉况顺行,3天喷煤,5天达产。

【Abstract】 Because of drying out scheme in reason and strict control of the parameters,Jinan Steel’s 3 200 m3 BF drying out was done in ten days.The leak checking and the leak treating were made by pressure,eliminating accident potential.By establishing precise starting-up program,controlling the rhythm of the air supply and adjusting charging system in time,the furnace temperature was right after blowing-in,adding wind was well-off and the furnace operated regularly,realizing coal injection in 3 days and attaining designed capacity in 5 days.
