【摘要】 目的设计适合不同专业临床药师需求的电子药历系统,提高临床药师药学监护质量。方法依托医院稳定的HIS系统,利用SQL Server数据库和ASP.NET技术进行开发,并基于Web服务器发布,通过临床实例对电子药历的设计和应用进行评价。结果本系统界面友好,操作简便,120例电子药历所涉及21个病种均显示出较好的实用性、通用性,使用该系统可规范临床药师工作流程,提高临床药师的工作效率,控制患者用药风险,促进药学监护质量。结论该系统为药师提供了良好的药历制作平台,既是临床药师实用的辅助工具,又是将临床药师工作模式、工作质量、患者的用药安全紧密结合的枢纽。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop an electric medication record for the needs of clinical pharmacists on different subjects so as to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care.Methods Based on the stable HIS system in our hospital,the electronic medication record was developed by using the SQL Server database and ASP.NET technology,published on a Web server,and examined in clinical pharmaceutical care cases.Results The record was used in 120 cases related to 21 diseases,which proved that it was practical and versatility to use with a good interface,and it can clearly regulate the flow of work of clinical pharmacist,improve the pharmacists′ work efficiency,reduce the patients′ drug risk,promote the quality of pharmaceutical care.Conclusion The electronic medication record provided a good making platform for clinical pharmacists.It was a pragmatic aid tool for clinical pharmacists and also a hinge of work pattern,working quality and drug safety of patient.更多还原
