【摘要】 目的通过对天津市某厂区员工体检,了解其健康状况,对脂肪肝的患病情况进行分析。方法对天津市某企业员工4 912人进行体检和实验室检查,采用B超进行脂肪肝筛检,分析结果与健康人群数据进行比较,分析不同性别人群差异。结果 4 912名接受检查职工中,有4 845人接受B超检查,占总人数98.6%,67人拒绝做B超检查,占总人数1.4%。B超检查结果有2 916人检查正常,1 929人结果异常,其中,检查出患脂肪肝832人,占实际检查人数17.2%(832/4 845)。男性脂肪肝检出率高于女性(χ2=146.47,P=0.01),差异有统计学意义;血脂异常对脂肪肝患病有影响。结论应加强脂肪肝的健康教育宣传,促进生活方式改善,以预防和控制脂肪肝。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the staff health condition of a factory in Tianjin,especially the prevalence of fatty liver.Methods Totally 4 912 workers who work in a factory in Tianjin received physical examination and laboratory tests.Fatty liver was detected by B-ultrasound,and compared with the normal reference values of the instrument.Results In total 4 912 workers,4 845 received the B ultrasonic examination,accounting for 98.6 %.The result was normal in 2 916 workers,abnormal in 1 929 workers,832 of them showed changes indicating fatty liver,accounting for 17.2% of the effective data(832/4 845).The detection rate of fatty liver in male was higher than in that in female(χ2=146.467,P=0.01).Conclusion Health education on fatty liver should be enhanced,and more attention should be paid to prevent and control fatty liver.更多还原
