【摘要】 目的探讨综合性心理干预对截瘫患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法将符合入组标准的64例截瘫患者随机分为干预组、对照组各32例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组给予综合性心理干预。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者的情绪状态,健康调查量表(SF-36)评定生活质量。结果入院后72 h两组患者均表现出不同程度的焦虑和抑郁,手术后14 d两组患者的生活质量明显提高,评分均高于入院后72 h(P<0.05),HAMA和HAMD总分均有所降低;干预组患者HAMA和HAMD总分均明显低于对照组,8个维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性心理干预可以改善截瘫患者的心理状态和生活质量,促进患者整体康复的进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on psychological status and quality of life in paraplegic patients.Methods A total of 64 traumatic paraplegic patients were randomly divided into the intervention group(N=32)and the control group(N=32).Patients in the control group were given conventional psychological nursing.Patients in the intervention group received comprehensive psychological intervention.The hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) were used to evaluate the mood status,and Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-From Health Survey(SF-36) was used to evaluate quality of life.Results Patients in both groups experienced different degrees of anxiety and depression 72 h after admission.14 days after operation,total scores of HAMA and HAMD in both groups were significantly lower than the baseline at 72 h after admission,while the scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,quality of life in both the groups was significantly improved,and the scores of 8 dimensions in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention could improve the psychological status and quality of life,and promote the whole rehabilitation process of paraplegia patients.更多还原
